I love Japanese anti-fat sentiment in games. There's so many great ones. My absolute favorite is persona 4. Where a fat girl hitting on one of the characters is treated like a gross joke. She invites herself onto his bike and it breaks under her weight. In another bit the characters don't have any food. But she's eating multiple portions at once and won't share.
There's also a hilarious old nes/famicom game. You play a penguin whose girlfriend dumps him because he got fat. And it's treated as the just and proper thing to do. So in the course of the game he's looking for healthy food and trying to lose weight while his romantic rival tries to fatten him up.
The best named is "diet go go". An evil mastermind figures out that he can take over the world by giving them candy and fast food. He knows that almost nobody is sensable enough to just not overeat it. Soon almost all the world is obese. You fight back by throwing candy at enemies. That makes them fatten up so they're easy to kill. Plus you're decked out in sweet 80s workout gear.
And that's only scratching the surface. There's so many fantastic examples of fat shaming in Japanese games.

Shit, that game was prophetic.

The Japanese truly are the masters of virtual (and arguably real life) shitlording. I think there was a post here a few weeks back from Yakuza 5, where your character is supposed to take dance move inspiration from a fat girl embarrassing herself as a street performer.
