clowry94@chitowngal76 over working out with PCOS can be bad as well. I’ve been going since feb 19, started doing 3-5 days a week of boot camp (30 minutes), deep water aqua fit twice a week and some walking. I did a Candida diet for 4 weeks for my IBS and chronic bladder infections. I’m now gluten free, I’ve also been a vegetarian since last year. I have lost over 26lbs. I also try to watch my sugar intake (less than half the daily recommended limit). I do not eat out any more and eat mostly organic.

Who the fuck cares?
They are just like children, always competing to be the most $Variable!

They fight to be the most oppressed, the most healthy but unhealthy, the most comfortable with their body, putting in the most effort, seeing the best results, seeing the worst results.

The fact that they are talking about being gluten free, vegetarian and eating organic in a weight loss conversation means they understand nothing about how to eat to lose weight. If they think these three points will make them lose weight... well, they will have a lot of 500lbs push-ups in their future.
