I get super annoyed at all the "Look at this woman lift eighteen pounds!" posts. There's lots of genuinely strong women out there lifting genuinely impressive weight, but they usually find some stupid bitch RDLing like 95 lbs and act like she's tough as nails.

When I was seventeen I benched 110 lbs. I doubt I could do it today--I was in a flag troupe, which really works the arms, so we tended to have some good upper-body strength--but I didn't go around putting that on a t-shirt or anything.
(ETA: I assumed from the reaction of my gym teacher that 110 was fairly impressive, but have no idea if it truly is or not, so I'm sorry if it's just average and I'm stupid for thinking it was good! I really don't know what the average amount women can lift is or what would impress people who really lift.)

It depends on your size and goals, honestly. If you were doing it as a little accessory work, that's good. If you were a powerlifter you would never mention it.
It's all about what you're training for.

pretty sure your feet shouldn’t leave the ground while lifting
