Just to summarize the video:

  • Breakfast is a grande or venti caramel frap with whipped cream, as well as a glazed donut.
  • Lunch is a reasonable portion of chicken, roasted potatoes and veggies (although there's also sauce to pour on top of it). But it doesn't stop there - she also has a container of yogurt, a serving of cheese, a Nature Valley bar, a bag of pretzel crisps, and a bag of almonds
  • Dinner is two burritos and a glass of juice

Somebody in the comment section estimated the caloric intake to be over 3000 calories, which I guess nobody else paid attention to since they all gushed about how little she ate and how it didn't matter how much she weighed.

That sounds like what I eat in a day, except replace the breakfast with 2.5 scoops of whey (~70g protein) and replace the juice with kombucha.

The difference is I'm a 176 lb 5'11" dude who lifts 4 - 5 times a week for 90+ minute sessions.

Honestly if she cut out the sugary drinks (frappe, juices) and sugary snacks (donut, granola bars, etc), and stuck to avoiding them, I'd be shocked if the pounds didn't start dropping off like mad.

Having some pretzel chips, almonds, or sweetened yogurt every day isn't the end of the world as long as you don't eat a family-sized package/tub.

I agree the coffee is basically a milkshake only the main course for lunch skip all the other shit eat the dinner whole wheat tortilla though.What is it with fatties and needing dippin sauce yogurt is yogurt not a dippin sauce for your granola bar.

  • the frappucino: 420 kcal (66g sugar)
  • donut: 480 kcal (30g sugar)
  • chicken breast: 280 kcal (0g sugar)
  • ready-made greek yoghurt: 100 kcal (10g sugar)
  • cereal bar: 210 kcal (12g sugar)
  • 300g of burritos: 675 kcal (3g sugar)

and I haven't listed it all. You see the sweet drinks in the background, so assume 50% calorie underreporting. 2165 kcal total, 121 of pure sugar (not even carbs, but sugar).

You cannot make this shit up.

I think having the burrito with just chicken and some veggies and cheese makes it a little less filling. Usually I have beans on my burrito and as long as I have the beans or brown rice I would just eat one. Skip the juice.

It might be what she actually ate that day. Fat people tend to eat better when they know people are watching. That's why fat coworkers always order salad when they go out to lunch with thinner coworkers. That's not their normal lunch but they think no one will be able to fault them if they are seen eating 'healthy.' The thinner women may even feel bad for them. It's a lie both to themselves and to others. They think we won't notice they're lying but it's as transparent as a child holding crayons next to brand new wall art.

I like to do the opposite. When placed in an unavoidable situation where I will be eating with a planetary colleague for example, I will make a point of ordering a greasy 1200 calorie burger meal or similar. Obviously, as I'm a human I can make this my only full meal of the day and therefore keep to 2000ish for the day. Great subtle shitlording opportunity. Especially if they comment that skinny people can eat what they want and I get an opportunity to correct them.

I think so too, but I will say her lunch is literally more than I have eaten the last four days. It was chicken, veggies, sweet potato fries, baby bell cheese, pretzel crisps, a whole bag of almonds, and after that I lost count. Utterly fucking ridiculous.

Jesus Christ...just drink 12 ounces of coffee with some cream and no sugar every morning like I do. That's a negligible amount of calories and you still have the energy from the caffeine. Make it yourself in a coffee press and save a shit ton of money and time waiting in the line at Starcucks. I can't imagine how disgusted I would be with myself if I drank one of those things every morning. Hell, once a week and I'd feel wasteful.
