This kind of thing shows the main problem with gastric surgery. Cutting out worthless, nutritionally devoid soft drink is step one on any weight loss plan. If someone is not willing to make a sacrifice as small as even switching to the sugar-free versions, that tells you all you need to know about their dedication. They want a magic solution that does all the work for them while they continue to eat like the embodiment of gluttony. It is beyond pathetic that you can pay thousands for this kind of procedure and then try and justify sugary soft drink.
