Well, you wouldn't have a ton to "remember" if you just track food before you eat it.. And don't have snacks if they're so difficult to remember? For me it would be pretty awesome if I suddenly found out I've been underestimating by 50% because I've been maintaining for several months and I'd be amazed that my body was burning that many calories. Sounds devastating as a dieter if you were honestly trying to lose weight. The people who aren't trying kinda deserve to be failing at it,
