They really have no shame. I cannot imagine publicly admitting to needing such a product, much less publicly admitting that I am too Goddamn fat to fit into such a product.

(A lot of women have incontinence issues after childbirth; not me, because I had c-sections, but vaginal birth can be very damaging to women. It's probably much worse for fats, whose labors tend to be more difficult--our maternal morbidity rates are rising, and it's partially the fault of these cows--and who, I suspect/from what I've seen, are more likely to be into woo and the cult of Natural Childbirth/Midwifery, which has rates of death and damage which are enormously high. But of course, it's more likely that it needs incontinence panties because it's too fat to properly empty its bladder or clean itself, and of course, it expects and demands that the world will change for its convenience rather than realizing that maybe it's time to drop a few pounds when you are too fucking fat for incontinence pants.)

ETA: Fatties's labors tend to be more difficult because of the stress pregnancy and labor puts on the entire body and because it's hard for doctors to properly see/work with enormously fatty bodies; it's not like their mammoth pelvises are too delicate or anything. Just clarifying.
