Idk how severe his autism is but if he is still dependent on his parents or has a caregiver I would tell them. At least they could get him some counselling even if he won't press charges.

Agreed. Maybe as his parents if that would be appropriate? But, seems like she forced herself on him and she will continue to do this is the future if not stopped. Getting the police involved is not a bad idea.

Second this. It’s hard for rape victims to go because they’ve just been violated and they might not be believed. Double for a guy reporting for a girl and double that for someone with a mental health issue. But if he’s unable to handle a situation like this he needs therapy to both handle what happened to him and also to avoid being victimized again.
