Idk how severe his autism is but if he is still dependent on his parents or has a caregiver I would tell them. At least they could get him some counselling even if he won't press charges.

Even though this is a clear cut case of rape...the legal definition requires one be penetrated to be legally rape. At best its legally sexual assault. Buuut since its woman on man I can garuntee an uphill battle at best, at worst she turns it around to sound like he assaulted her.

I would not call the police on his behalf. @penguinorgy and @fightmilk are right about that. If he has autism where he has to have a caretaker or something like that due to metal inabilities inform that person like Fight said. If he just has meme autism where he's social awkward but doesn't have any real disabilities I would not tell anyone because it's not your place to tell others what happened to him. Again, I would not call the police without him.
