That is how you deal with fat customers and their vindictive reviews. Don't apologise, don't refund, and don't lie and try and cover yourself. It's not your fault fats are demanding and impossible to please. Stick to your guns and the people who matter will respect you for it. Anyone who hates this is a fat who will put them through the exact same ordeal.
