Gender equality for women in the tech sector means pushing out/ignoring qualified males for unqualified females for diversity.

This is exactly what the Google engineer was talking about. James Damore's explanation on the way out the door is well documented with scientific facts(not the liberal kind). Boys are more naturally interested in it, while girls are hardwired differently. Not saying there aren't skilled female coders but that's their own interest and desire to achieve, no need to force it.

They really don't want girls growing into women who just want to raise a family and loyal to a husband.

I just can't believe that this is still being talked about in 2017. Women think they have it bad in the west? In Israel women cook, clean, sew and have to serve in the military.

I really think we should do it. I think we should make military service compulsory for women.

Yep, 3rd wave feminists don't understand the difference between equal opportunity and equal outcome.

Notice how they say "how do we address this problem" as if its just a given that it is a problem. They dont ask "is this, in fact, a problem?"

I don't think so. People are responsible for finding their own careers.

Yep, diversity in the workplace is institutionalized sexism and racism.
