Okay, I understand kilograms, I understand pounds, but can someone explain to me how to conceptualize "stone"? I keep having to Google it. Only 3 countries use the "stone" unit of measurement, so why use it on a global internet?

The page is hosted in a .co.uk domain and the Brits love to confuse non-Brits.
1st is 6kg and a little bit. 26*6 is 156. So, she could be pregnant of a grown up adult, deliver it and still be overweight. Quite an "achievement".

26 stone = 165.107623 kilograms just for people wondering. No idea why you would use stone here.

About 365 lbs for the American readers here.

I only ever heard of people using "stone" in like, really old British texts until I came to FPH. But 1st = 14lbs, which is weird as fuck, just like all imperial units. I love my freedom units as much as the next man, but I do agree that they can be just downright unwieldy.
