I remember Secret Eaters had an episode with a fat who mostly ate healthy. She ate lots of vegetables, fruits.. But she ate a lot of fruits, and a lot of high calorie ones as well, like grapes, strawberries. She also drank lots of coffee with creamer. But since that wasn't soda she figured it was "healthy."
Turns out, while she was moderately healthy, she ate too much, so she still got too much calories in her body.

Well it doesn't help that retarded programs like 'Weight Watchers' say that you are allowed to eat all the fruits and veggies you want, as I guess they expect their stupid customers to actually want to eat a lot of it.

Grapes are very high cal for a fruit, but strawberries are actually pretty low in calories.

Strawberries aren't high calorie. Quite the opposite. 1 LB of strawberries only has 151 calories.

That's pretty neat. However, eating 4 lbs of em in one go is probably not good for anyone.
