And 3,500 calories of fruit, whole grains, and vegetables is no easy task. I come close to that on some days, as I bicycle 3+ hours at a time multiple times per week, and eat extremely lean (95%+ whole plants), and getting that many calories with that much fiber can make me feel extremely uncomfortable, like my stomach is going to explode. Even on a rest day when I'm eating < 2,000 calories with no processed foods or animal products, I feel full all day long.

But let's not kid ourselves. This fat is eating garbage, and probably eats so little fiber she shits once a week at most.

If you're heaving trouble reaching 3.5k calories, you could try adding some nuts to your diet. Nuts often have 600-700+ calories/100g and contain vitamins, minerals and essential fats.

Oh definitely. I eat several handfuls a day, especially walnuts and pecans.

Bananas nuts and wheat bread can pack a lot of calories.

You’re seriously going to mess up your body without eating any EPA DHA Omega-3 fats. Eating high omega-6 fat will cause serious inflammation and high cholesterol.

We aren’t meant to eat only vegetables. You need the fats from fish and beef.

I eat asslods of omega-3 every day. By my estimate over 10,000 mg/ day. I’m guessing far more just from plants (flax, chia seeds, walnuts, etc) than you do with your meat consumption. Also I’m not vegan or vegetarian and I do eat meat in small amounts. Also I thought this was “fat people hate” and not “let’s critique vegan diets”?

I dunno. Depending on the kind of bread you're eating, you could get there without too much trouble. I do agree about fruits though, at some point the fiber will make you stop.
