yes, been vegan for a few years now, lost weight, have more energy and feel way more healthy. The level of cognitive dissonance with meat eaters is astounding once you notice it.

We don't need to start a fight between meat eaters and vegans. One can eat meat and be fit, just as there are obese vegans.

There are rarely fights. Usually there are just furious, enraged vegans and normal people making fun of their holier-than-thou statements.

There is no fight brewing on the fitness of meat eating. I agree that keeping the intake low won't kill you. But it kills them. That's what the comments are about. The utter lack of respect for life. It is up to each person to decide wether or not to support such an industry. However it is extra vomit inducing when one fat blob pays for the killing of three times as many animals as the average meat eater pays for.

Yes, veganism is associated with lower body mass index in populations. No, there are plenty of vegan fat fucks who deserve to be euthanized, and even the self-righteous human-sized ones are on the brink of deserving the gas chamber.

I am for sustainable local meats and cheese. The cows get to live a nice free life and they get to chill with the baby cows. Same with goats and pigs. Then at time for slaughter they get put down humanely and most of their parts are used for food, art, and other things. Sure I spend twice as much, but when you see where your food comes from and are allowed to tour, help, etc. it makes it much better.

PS. fuck feed lots and fake free range chicken.
