I flipped through both. Lots of lying down and "fat friendly" poses in the fat one. Also babble about dealing with outlook on life, not many photos in that section. Supposed to be inspirational I guess.

Actually challenging looking poses in the human book. Also sections dealing with life but with lots of vibrant photos of humans having fun outdoors. Go figure.
