I think the age of 13-18 is probably the perfect age to lose weight and change lifestyle choices. Personally, I started doing kick boxing at the age of 12 and I was really fat at the time. Lost a lot of weight and I am amazed at how I didn't get any strechmarks or stunt my growth. She is at the perfect age to start but also at the worst age to stop.
