Barely. Five feet= 100 lbs and 5 lbs per inch is the medical standard. Personally, I stay 5-10 lbs below that to be in best shape, which is 19-20 bmi. A woman with a bmi of 20 looks very different than one with a bmi of 25.

From a medical standpoint, ideal body weight is calculated by the following equations. It's what doctors and pharmacists use when calculating medication doses and kidney function.

Men

50kg + 2.3kg * inches over 5 feet in height

Women

45.5kg + 2.3kg * inches over 5 feet in height

That's 112 lbs at 5'5" which is 13 lbs below what my doctor said (125 lbs). That's like finding a unicorn these days.
