Yogurts are hit hard with sugar these days. Basically dessert for breakfast. It's easy for these hams to claim they're "eating healthy" when all our health foods have been sabotaged by sugar.

Plain yoghurt has been my go-to. If only I could find unsweetened Kefir, my breakfast would be complete.

I call people out when they think they're being healthy by consuming beetus-gurt. Why the hell do you need candybar pieces in it? Look at the sugar content in it!

I actually have unsweetened kefir in my fridge right now. It's the LifeWay brand, but the lable still says it has 12g of sugar.

I like Nancy's organic kefir. It still has sugar on the label, but all of it's just the lactose in milk. So tart and delicious!

You can buy some special kefir "grains" and "grow" (make) your own kefir. It's like endless kefir with just some grains, if done right. I absolutely love kefir and skyr.
