I'm 54 years old. Since my college years, I've always counted calories. And it always works. Eat more than my TDEE and I'll gain a few pounds. To lose them, all I do is go under my TDEE and I lose exactly 1 pound for ever 3500 calorie deficit. It always worked and has worked for all my adult life. That's why my waist size is 31", same as when I was in college.

If everyone was human sized and concerned about their health videos like this would be helpful. But fats use it as an excuse to eat like grazing dairy cows.

Yes, that's why it makes me laugh when it's suggested that becoming vegan/non GMO/lower carbs/keto or whatever is the true answer!! It's all irrelevant because fats don't have the discipline to stick to any of it.

Not going to listen to that shit, but let me tell you a few things. When I consistently eat below my TDEE, I lose weight. When I hit my TDEE, my weight stays the same. On January 1st for the last two years, I weighed exactly 144.4 pounds. I call my technique "counting calories."

1:16 - 1:26 things moving faster than the speed of light. And in the video it shows a wikipedia article. Are these people for fucking real. Do they seriously expect me to take someone who has slept through high school physics classes seriously.

Useless cope.

Sometimes, I have to cut weight for certain events I do. I've cut 30 lbs at one point.

Guess what works every time, without fail.
