Well I have to admit she's doing a lot more then a lot of people. The mind plays tricks when it comes to food, if she can figure that out maybe one day the world will be a little thinner...we can dream

But shes exercising to rationalize eating fatso shit. Subconciously, shes just decided to do a bit of physical activity so she xan continue to be an eat monster, but stay at her current fatness, or at least expand more slowly. Youll never actually lose weight if you finish every exercise with a big glass of sugary shit. Its a way to pretend youre improving yourself, while really just trying to stay at your current fatness while still stuffing your face. Its sad. And im using "you / your" in the vague theoretical way. Not directed at you personally.

No worries. When I quit smoking I gained thirty pounds. Thirty! Who gains that kind of weight? Anyways, turns out eating peanuts like they were going out of style for a winter makes you fat. So last March I started dieting and exercising. It's hard, but it always seems to come down to expending more energy then I consume. Bread. Gone. Milk. Gone. Whiskey...maybe one day. I forget what my point was now but anyways I've lost my thirty and I figure I could lose some more yet, but man it's hard. It's sucks hearing about someone "maintaining" their weight when they obviously have a problem.
