Stomp stomp stomp! So much energy wasted. Fat is bad for running because of multiple reasons.

  • The obvious is weight

  • The heart has to do extra work pumping blood to fat.

  • Fat sucks up extra oxygen

  • It bounces and absorbs energy without returning it every time it's feet hits the ground.

Does anyone have any more?
