Colorado (where I live) rises out of the great plains and then again rises sharply into the Rockies. Humans/100,000 residents also rises with the terrain. If you drop down into Nebraska, Oklahoma or Kansas it's hard to tell the cattle from the hominids. To the west people are fairly human, to the east there are 1000+ miles of fats before you get to shitlord New England/ upper east.

Death fats are "unseen" in our part of Cali. Thank God. But, one flight in any direction, and it's hell on the eyes.
