Yes its bad here and worse as we have a single payer health care they are taking up more and more resources whilst refusing to consider lifestyle changes. They will come out with statements like drinkers cost more (they don't) or Smokers cost more (Not with Tax) and finally the well people who do sports and get injured. They are ignorant selfish scum on public transport so much that I will always look if I can drive to avoid them, even if it costs more and takes longer. It is odd as the older ones amongst us remember how someone who would be on the smaller size of them was considered shockingly massive and a rare rare sight, a size UK 18 was considered very big and 20-22 was shocking. I do think a lot of it has to do with a generation of parents who just could not be bothered to teach their children how to cook and themselves just fed them lazy foods. Thankfully I was taught to cook and I take great pleasure in making my family decent food and guess what our child prefers health home cooked food to cheep burgers etc. The cheep food leaves a nasty taste in her mouth. There is too much letting people get away with it and allowing groups to air BS arguments against reasonable health warnings.

yup. it's entirely parents fault for these new generation hams.
My mom always cooked healthy and pizza/burgers were for special occasions. when I started living independently, the first week I ate nothing but pizza and burgers. by the end of the week I was so disgusted, I haven't had a burger in 2 years. how can these hams keep on having pizza burgers everyday without fail unless they've been addicted to them since childhood

Come to Australia and visit the Muslim suburbs. Middle aged woman with a full body bib in the middle of summer 40+ degrees high humidity. Considering port products are supposed to be high in saturated fats, they do pretty well bulking up on their halal diet.

And it's really hard to get fat on a vegetarian Mediterranean diet.

English teen checking in, obesity is increasing, even my PE teachers are fat

Wales checking in. Yes, we are pretty much the same levels of obese monsters as the US and whichever major southwest city you are heading to, they are all full of fat fucks. The one near the Welsh/English border in the south is notorious from what I understand, whenever I have passed through while heading to London I have always been glad to not be getting off the bus on account of the fat hoardes I see there.

Why isn't anyone naming cities?
[–] filsed [S] 0 points 3 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago
Southampton

Because if you put enough information out there, some lurking fatass with nothing else to do and an axe to grind can dig through your comment history and specific information can make it easier to get doxxed.
While getting doxxed may not affect me very much, it can leave other people pretty fucked. We've had it happen to FPH members in the past. Losing a job because of some vindictive fat can't handle mean words on the internet just isn't worth it.

Good question. The city I was talking about is Bristol, once I cross into England from my part of Wales it is the closest city. Like I say, I only pass through Bristol either when I am heading to London or flying out of the nice, little airport there. SO MANY FATS.

Colorado (where I live) rises out of the great plains and then again rises sharply into the Rockies. Humans/100,000 residents also rises with the terrain. If you drop down into Nebraska, Oklahoma or Kansas it's hard to tell the cattle from the hominids. To the west people are fairly human, to the east there are 1000+ miles of fats before you get to shitlord New England/ upper east.

Death fats are "unseen" in our part of Cali. Thank God. But, one flight in any direction, and it's hell on the eyes.

The sad truth is that well into the overweight region is considered normal here.
It's saddening because not even a decade ago I'd argue that British shitlords were amongst if not the world's finest. I don't know what's happened to our culture, I can see everyone getting fatter and it's depressing.

One strange thing I've noticed is that a lot of fat English people still act like 'shitlords' even though they're morbidly obese. Last time I was there, a man at my hotel went off to me about how fat Americans are, and he had honest-to-God tits.

its the whole, 'well I'm kinda fat, but they're HUGE, so I'm not that bad' thing. Any excuse not to take responsibility.
[–] Thereturnstudent 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
I said it before: The Aussies OWNED shitlording until the 2000s. Now, the strong have become weak and fat. SO SAD. I weep. Now, the only true shitlords are the Asians. Chinese? BRUTALLY honest.

I, for one, welcome our new Chinese shitlord overlords.
[–] m3talpetals 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Are you visiting Bristol by any chance? But anyway, I've found the further up north you go the fatter the people become, cuz they're poorer, and we all know how expensive healthy food is, right? Wales and London are horrendous.
[–] filsed [S] 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Nono. Just Southampton.
[–] NZ_MPS 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Just spent a few weeks in Scotland, had it's fair share of hotties but definitely had plenty of fats, they deep fry everything there, so they have record levels of heart disease.
South UK is pretty bad too, from what I saw in Wales it wasn't so bad, but I want near any city centers.

I'm born and raised in Aberdeenshire. Everywhere from the Highlands to the borders and everywhere in between has succumb to obesity. It's absolutely disgusting and I hate my fellow countrymen/women for it.
