I'm confused. Unspoken agreement? And it was so traumatic that she couldn't even say "hey put it back on"? Aside from her being fat (which obviously is gross), she sounds like a dumb cunt in general. If you have specific parameters for sex, "unspoken" doesn't cut it. USE YOUR WORDS. If you're conscious and willingly having sex, you don't get to cry rape over shit you gave zero indication was a problem. I don't think taking off a rubber without letting the other person know is okay, but if you had an "unspoken agreement" (whatever the hell that means) to use it, then maybe he assumed you had an unspoken agreement to take it off. This is just stupidity on an enormous scale.

Neither is rape. Both are wrong. That said, it should be on both parties to use birth control. If you don't know or trust someone well enough to rely on them, you'd damn well better back yourself up.
