The article could use some edits. I've done the first two paragraphs:

"We need more than diet and exercise pep talks to save people who enjoyed the path to morbid obesity. After all, these people don't listen, instead indulging in social media circle jerks calling each other beautiful.

Watching a person die from cardiac arrest in an intensive care unit is amusing and is karmic justice delivered (not swiftly enough if you ask me). It’s especially funny when the person is a woman in her 40s who has been smothered to death by her own weight — and we doctors can do nothing to save her, not that she has done anything to deserve saving -quite the opposite. How's that body positivity going for you now? the doctors often gloat, relieved that this tub of lard can no longer burn people's eyes prouncing around in skimpy clothing , taking selfies and calling other fat asses beautiful."
