I never used a feeding pillow, did anyone else here? I just held him...this was always an odd concept to me.

I didn't (the only way my son would take breast milk was in a bottle, go figure) but my sister uses one with her twins. Though I suspect it's so she can juggle two babies at the same time, and has little to do with arm fatigue or what have you.

Haven't been on in a few days - but thanks to everyone who replied! I just honestly didn't know anyone who's used one but my sister in law. :)

I did. It was easier especially when having latching problems at first to have baby up higher and my hands more available.

I did until I got the hang of bfing. It also helped because I had a c section and bending that way would hurt my stomach. Not to mention it helped my sit up straight in those first few weeks when you're dead tired.
