What started the conversation? And as if a size 20 isn't obese, dear me, what did the twisted, delusional piggy think was obese if a size 20 isn't? A size 20 is MASSIVE, in the UK a size 20 (which I think equates to an 18 US?) is huge and means you are biiiiiig as hell. A size 20 UK is either three (because I wear UK 6) or five times bigger (because I wear size 4) than me.

A men's size 30 is 30 inches, I'm taking a wild guess that a women's size 20 is significantly larger than that.

Yes, it is not based on inches like mens sizing, in the UK a size 20 = fatty fatty boom boom, the average size here is s 16 which is overweight for most women.
