She should apply to the tilted tarp. I hear there are tons of real women there.

Wouldn't another way to not hire her but not discriminate is to charge for uniform by the yard? I don't think she could afford to pay for a tent to cover you ass and breasts.
Normal girls would pay like $20 buck and her bill would be like $1000.

Tilted Kilt has obviously thought this through and vetted it with their legal dept. They clearly spelled out that they don't hire mere wait staff. They hire entertainers who also serve. Because of this, they are protected under the same laws that allow tv and movies to cast for certain types of characters without being considered discriminatory. Check out their very own hiring page. They call it a 'casting call' and make it beyond clear that a person who applies is not being hired to simply be waitstaff.
The legal term for this is bona-fide occupational qualification. As you can see from their hiring page, Tilted Kilt has set forth their qualifications and made it clear as part of their hiring practices. Typical fatty. Refuses to read the rules and reees when she loses the game.

Never been to one, but I am grateful I will never have to look at that walrus wearing the TK uniform if I ever do.

It makes me want to go to one now. I don't think they're in Canada but if I ever see one in my travels they'll have my support.

I appreciate all the work they went through to discriminate against fatties. I wish more business were like them.

"we accidentally ordered too many of the one uniform size and can only hire those who fit in them."

She went in there expecting to get a job and left mad.
Really? She didn't see that coming? This fucking wannabe entertainer knew what she was doing just so she could have her minute of shame fame on the evening news. No dignity.

Am I the only one who really doesn't get the appeal of Tilted Kilt/Hooters? I mean. the workers are paid to do it but it still seems a bit creepy to me.
Anyhow, props to the restaurant for not exposing the world to this obeast's rolls.

Why not, it's a nice and pleasant atmosphere. Depends on the waitress of course, how they play the role (hence entertainer/performer). As a patron, I play mine just fine :D and go with the flow.

Even if weight was a protected class, Tilted Kilt would have legal protection thanks to Hooters legal cases.
Basically, Hooters is not merely a restaurant, they sell vicarious sexual entertainment, and thus can demand their wait staff be sexy women.

I love how she is getting Zero support in the Facebook comments. It is nice to see people recognizing a piggie's cry for attention as just that, especially in a town like Houston that has a bunch of them. This really backfired on her.
