I scrolled down to #1. The first sentence is correct. Telling people they should eat 2000 calories per day is wrong because it varies for each person on weight, height, gender, etc. It goes on to say that 2000 calories isn't enough for anyone!!!! Wtf??!

Holy shit
3k a day? I can't even imagine that much food. Yuck. I don't know the formulas, what's the weight required to have a TDEE of 3k calories? Way past obese, that's sure.

I often eat 3k calories per day when I spend a few hours at the gym on the weekend and burn 4k calories or more...

I just calculated it for fun. For this TDEE, a 25 year old man who is 5'10" would have to weigh....... 350 pounds!

My TDEE is about 3,500/day right now and that includes lifting in the morning, circuit training in the afternoon, and Muay Thai or distance running in the evening.

I'm an amateur bodybuilder, 1.80m (6 ft) tall, train every day (if possible). My maintenance level is estimated on about 3k calories. Yes, that is much food. But it's calculated on the amounts of training I do (2 hrs a day, on average). If I wouldn't be doing anything in daily life at all, my metobolism would only require about 1.9k or so kcalories. This article is true bullshit, and the problem with it is, that it is trying to justify obesity and overeating. But of course, it's a company who sells their products to obeasts...

I like how it states its delusional opinions as solid facts!

Can confirm. I am 5'3" and 105 lb., try to stay around 1340 per day to maintain. (And am fairly active)

Yeah I went through the drive through at McDonalds once and even the goddamn menu board says you need to eat 2000 cals a day. Like.... ok Mcdonalds... I'm a small person I would turn into your regular looking customers if I did that.
