The cycle of the fat ass:

  1. Try to start working out to lose weight.
  2. Do not adjust diet at all, or worse, eat more because exercise makes you hungry.
  3. Push really hard on the first three days, get really sore and injured causing down time for a week
  4. Give up entirely because can't control will power with food and body isn't 'built' for exercise
  5. Complain that diets and exercise don't work for you and claim that anyone who works out is a glutton for punishment
