Hams hate hearing about fasting since it forces them to remember how little control they have over their ability to not shovel food into their greasy mouths 24/7. The result? Shame anyone who does it!

Fasting is actually good for you (when done consciously and healthfully, as I'm sure OP is doing). Fasting == starving, as any sane person is fully aware.

For sure, the autophagy effects have been shown to be extremely healthy alone! That's one reason why I practice intermittent fasting everyday.

Best thing is, it's not even hard ..??!? I usually skip breakfast, and a) if I've eaten a big dinner [per usual] I'm totally fine; b) I eat a small bkfst, ie a couple cheese sticks or yogurts; or c) I'm super tired or hungover lmfao so I'll eat a fatty feast in the morning, but I'm somehow sane enough to eat normally the rest of the day. Also I lift very often. But #HAES ???
