If you haven't discovered foam rolling yet, you should. It feels good, but it supposedly helps with cellulite in hard to reach places too.

I do have a roller. I've not tried it on that area though, since it's my upper inner thigh lol. Kinda hard to reach. But I'll look into it! It's not very bad, I just get really self conscious about any fat on me.

I know what you mean. I have a hand foam roller too! It's also great for calves if you can't get enough weight/pressure on them extended (I always have tight calves :( )
