during the week, i'm really trying.. intermittent fasting, and eating mostly ketogenic foods.. gotta lay off the fruit though.. i'm not losing any weight, but it's keeping me from gaining while doing mukbang, and my other eating videos. i heard about re-expansion as well.. and am worried about that. i'm hoping i can transfer my addiction to something else by the time i can even eat enough to do that sort of thing, or get better therapy, and addiction counseling cause what i have now sucks.

What a crock of shit. I would bet my life that she eats like this video all the damn time. What is the point of eating healthy during the week if you are just going to undo it all on these "cheat" meals anyway? Eating healthy during the week keeps her from gaining so she can do mukbang video... bullshit, how would it know... I guarantee it doesn't own a scale capable of measuring that kind of weight.

Exactly. There isn't much you can do about a cheat meal if you're really on a keto diet. You think your body is going to stay in ketosis after two GRAND macs and a pound of French fries?

also it takes a lot of fucking calories to maintain a perma bulk like that, if she even eats 3k calories a day shell probably lose weight
