Uh, yes. Fitness is an issue of determination, hard work, and will power. It is a lifestyle of self discipline.

Whence cometh the Japanese obesity rate if discipline has nothing to do with it? In that instance, there's a population with low metabolism, office jobs and vending machines. Are they thinner than planets like your average Cook Islander because of magic genetics?
