From one of my nonverbal courses in college (from what I remember anyway) when someone is lying (not all of them but a lot of them) are concentrating so hard on coming across as genuine and sincere that they actually don't blink very much or fidget, etc... what you will see instead is someone who looks stiff or like they are trying too hard. (And it definitely looks like it rehearsed this and is trying to remember the wording, like it's scripted.)

You can be coached to be a good liar but I don't think this thing has been coached in anything in its entire life despite whatever it claims.
