Pisses me off because I have hypoglycemia, but that doesn't mean you have to shovel your fat face with food to help prevent it. I have snacks throughout the day, like an apple with some cinnamon or a non-fat Greek yogurt etc, and I am perfectly fine. Even if I do go too long and I end up starving, it is mind over matter and I tell myself I will be fine once I eat my NORMAL sized meal, with lots of water in between. I do not need to overeat to compensate.
