There was also one where she was only eating "healthy" food. No chips, or chocolate, or takeaways. Everyone around her was baffled. After observation, it was found she was just eating things that were very calorific, typically stuff higher in sugar and fats (coconut, seeds, pineapple etc., and eating TONS of it. Turns out she legitimately had hypothyroidism too. Portion control people!
