Then she died, and I ate my feelings

What on earth does that even mean? Everyone experiences grandparents and parents dying. Everyone. How can anyone possibly view a piece of pie as a substitute grandma? That's so insulting to grandma. "Oh no, my grandma who I've known my whole life died, how terrible, oh no, it's awfu.....hey, look a piece of pie! :)" Fat people are fucking weird and soulless.

Why do people who eat their feelings rarely do it with nicely steamed green beans and carrots?

Yeah, it's never "my grandma died, I want some delicious juicy steak." "Eating their feelings" is always something bland and sweet.
