Average store here I have L or XL if the sleeves are on the shorter end while in US I had to find S or M at the most. Cannot imagine Canadia being that much different. If I had to fit in an XXS here that would not work.

I also live in Europe and wear xs or s, if you're wearing L or XL, you're a fat fuck. They're not even fitted for swole bros, they just have huge stomachs.
