this actually makes me really freaking sad. I don't think Prader-Will kids should be allowed on here. It's not even really necessarily the parents fault. The kid shouldn't be subjected to freaking "cures" they do in the backwoods with the witches and shit that somehow made it into hospitals. He should be treated like other kids and placed in a facility. Prader kids will eat dogfood and trash and soap and stuff.

Victims of Prader-Willis Syndrome are one of the very few exceptions I'm willing to make when it comes to fat hate.
This is because it is one of the very few actually legitimate genetic conditions which makes it pretty much impossible to maintain a healthy body weight.

The carer of said child should have limits put on food. There is no excuse for letting your child become THAT!

I completely agree. I used to care for a person with Prader-Willi and all food had to be locked up. She went home one time for a long weekend and gained like 6-8 lbs in just four days. I know most of that was probably still in her stomach but still, you get the idea. Completely horrible disease.
