Forgot the part where the 6ft ripped consultant fires the staff for fat shaming, and gives it his phone number while the cleaning staff applaud.

Huh? Pretty sure scenarios just like this play out hundreds of times a day in medical facilities all across the country.
Doesn't mean I believe this particular story (generally I assume everything on the internet is fake), but this is a decent description of how any medical procedure involving insertions into a ham hole would go.

"Ham hole" once again gay is looking like a decent alternative

I agree with you about shit on the internet being mostly fake. I'll just give my experience, I have relatives and friends in the medical field. This shit happens, often.

I feel so sorry for our medical professionals in this country. You can always see them breathe a sigh of relief when I go to the doctor and they come in the exam room and see that I'm not a fat shit.

This. When I was in labour and asked for an epidural, the anesthetist actually said to me, "you're skinny enough that I can actually see where I have to place the needle!" I guess he was used to fat hogs who use pregnancy as an excuse to eat like they're feeding 3 grown women.

Jesus Christ and I thought my IUD insertion was a train wreck because I had to nurse halfway through. Why would someone even need to be sedated for it??
[–] MothaFuckinTreeStars 1 point 4 points 5 points (+5|-1) ago (edited ago)
I actually tried to have one inserted earlier in the year but my cervix was so small they couldn't get it in and said I'd have to be sedated if they were going to get it placed correctly.
But being elbow deep in a whale makes me think that doctor didnt encounter the problem of a too small cervix...
[–] LimaBrains 1 point 3 points 4 points (+4|-1) ago
I didn't even think about women who hadn't dilated getting it, that's a good point!
Maybe her fat was like, smothering her bits?
[–] theepilepticferret ago
I asked for sedation for mine since I was scared shitless and had never been pregnant before. The gynecologist told me to take 1 or 2 of my Ativan before going in, and to have someone else drive me. It actually went in pretty quickly, it was getting it back out after 2 years that was the problem.

Well now I'm scared of the removal... what happened?

TIL that doctors use ultrasounds on obeast arms to find veins. How fat does one have to be that they require ultrasounds just to find their veins?
[–] Plavonica 0 points 1 point 1 point (+1|-0) ago
Thin privilege is always having "good veins" I guess.
