%20 of fat people are metabolically normal while %30 of outwardly thin people are metabolically ill (if I'm remembering the Dr. Lustig lecture correctly). So no. Not necessarily.
Also, what do you fat haters consider fat? I was watching a documentary last night on the Amish. The only thin woman in the entire documentary by the standards of American thinness was not raised Amish most of her life. Do you think someone who can work all day in a field cutting hay is fat just because she looks fat? Because these women have a healthier diet and lifestyle than most of us, regardless of our weight. Clearly they've got some muscle going on that most don't have (when I was fat I had zero muscle and couldn't have cut the grass, much less hay).
This judging by outward appearance might be fun for some on the internet but it isn't logical or helpful. It's just spew. Do it if you want, but if you're thin you should still look to make changes in your own lifestyle for optimal health.

Oh boohoo. If they are fat they are clearly consuming more than they should. Fat is fat. Go hug butterhuffers somewhere else
