Not a 'runner'... look her up on Athlinks, people. 18 minute miles on a 25K race.

The article claims a 11-13 minute pace. Hmmm.

I was gonna say... even at my slower pace, I'll average 4 mph walking. But this fathlete just proved to me that HAES is possible and you can be morbidly obese and fit!! /s

I think she's pulling their leg. If she can really run a full marathon, or an ultra marathon, and runs 25 miles/week to train, then she's an extremely rare bird. And I don't care if she can really run, she should LOSE WEIGHT or else he knees will explode. Plus, she's fugly.

Eats only 1500 calories a day. .
Runs miles and miles every day.
Takes selfies of every workout.
Is another fat liar.

Actually, it said it refuses to eat only 1500 calories a day.

Which is why it is fat.

Oh, reading comprehension. My fault; it gets annoying even to skim through their excuses. Also, when I ran 20 km. a day, I could eat whatever I wanted, but for some reason, when you're training hard your body tells you to eat good food.

She's consistently top 100% with her 6.5 hour marathon times. Good job, Mirna, you've succeeded at being a loser.

For fuck's sake, I run ultra marathons, there are LITERALLY never any overweight people there. This is fucking horseshit and if she's really running the kind of miles I run, she's going to be in a wheel chair in 5 years.

I'm not a runner, but a long-distance cyclist. When I'm doing a tour--or even just in summer when I'm logging some pretty serious miles--it's really hard to keep weight on. I have to be pretty much constantly eating. If she is indeed a long-distance runner, I can't imagine what the fuck she is stuffing into her face.

My fattest runnning buddy is my height and we run identical training sessions. He's about 20 pounds heavier than me, and I know it's because he has pizza for dinner most nights with a beer or two. I skip those and I have lost 5 pounds the last 2 years. I'm not sure if he's gained or maintained, but he's much bigger than me. So I would say the answer to your question is pizza, beer, and whatever the fuck else she wants to eat.

It says she runs 35 miles a week. That's five miles a day. That is nothing for someone who supposedly trains for ultras. That's not even what people run every morning for other sports.

I bet her "running" is more "counting steps on her phone", if even that, but I doubt it is.

I do that doing that 10K steps a day thing to hatch pokemon and shit. Then I go to the gym and jog a couple times a week, but then again, I'm not even close to fit.

I only ran about 40 miles a week this year preparing for my ultras. That number is probably ok. I mean, I'm not elite, I'm just a normal guy that does them. I think I got 8th in my age group at the one in August. At a 5K I can get first in age group and 2nd or 3rd overall at age 40 so that's where my strength is right now. Maybe I can move up in the ultras if I start running 200 miles a month. Not sure, I do have a job and a life and no sponsors, so 40 miles a week is about all I can swing.

Notice there's no one around it in those selfies... Guess all the other runners were already done.

Also, no sweat. She doesn't look like she's in the middle of exercising.
