If I had to guess, it would be the potassium, yes. I hope so, at least. 400g of insoluble fibers would evacuate the entire GI tract, which seems like a painful way to die.
Cool fact: eating lots of broccoli and other dark green leaves makes your feces green, too.

ROFL nice work on the math. A single serving of frozen broccoli (from the bag in my fridge anyways) is 30 kcal. I'll have 2-3 servings some days, sometimes all at once. That is a lot of broccoli and leaves me stuffed for hours and hours.
