If he is so pressed on time, he could just eat less and save time.

No self control.
Again no fucking self-control!
Really? This gives me kidney stones just from reading this!
Bam! There's your BIG problem! Work has nothing to do with it and neither does sleeping less!

I fucken hate it when people use the excuse of working long hours. I am a nurse and I work 12 hours shifts, all shifts. I'll admit I'm not that great at always bringing a lunch, but there are healthier options when buying fast food - or just don't get the dessert shit or drinks. I eat fast food more often than I should, but not the garbage shit. Get a sandwich, not a burger and fries, ask for less sauce. I have been doing this for 5 years and never gained a pound. Just don't eat so fucking much.

With all his money he can afford to have a meal prepper that does all the prep work for him. He just doesnt want to bother.

True ambition includes looking good. I want to be rich, have a Mercedes, and look fucking good while doing it.
If you eat like a troll, you'll look like one, ambitious or not. Fucking mayomonsters have so many pathetic excuses...

Overeating causes weight gain. Ambition and discipline can reverse it, and keep it under control. I'm always surprised when people who evidently have both in abundance gain weight.
