Basically putting a label with a smaller size on something that really should be bigger to flatter people (aka fat women) into buying more because it makes them feel better. The actual fit of clothes hardly ever correlates with what it says on the sizing charts. For example, based on my body measurements I should wear an xs/s and 2/4, but in reality I'm basically swimming in anything bigger than xxs/0. It's just stores catering to delusional insecure fatasses.
