If I didn't notice I was putting on a few pounds (an unlikely scenario) all it would take for me to lose it off would be my husband letting me know I put on few pounds. He stays trim for me. I do the same for him. I let him know if it looks like he is gaining or losing weight and remind him to weigh himself every once in a while. We both try to stick to healthier foods and portion sizes most of the time. It's called mutual respect. Currently I am pregnant. So weight gain is part of life for me at thr moment. But after, I won't use it as an excuse to be overweight or anything. Any extra weight I get left with I will lose. Because I respect myself, my husband and my children.
