you don't need to hate your body to constantly demand more and better from it. Whatever works for you though. I love my body that is why I maintain and improve it every day of my life and show it the respect it deserves as the only earthly container i'll ever have.

I don't think that was the literal point of the comment, but I definitely agree with you.
About two months ago, I injured my left arm. I couldn't bend it enough to put my hair up, or do much of anything for about two days. I was so mad at my arm for not doing all the simple things it had always done before! Imagine, killing off parts of yourself. Losing your functions and mobility all because of a desperate desire to overeat. Choosing food over mobility, in every sense. It's an epidemic and I'm perplexed as to why so many choose this wretched lifestyle.

Off-topic, but...
I have curly, long hair that comes to the top of my ass. If I couldn't put it up immediately upon waking, I'd shoot myself in the face.

I've had the same moment before, I think the best interpretation here is "I hate (how my body looks)", not "I hate my body". When you hate something, you want to destroy it, get rid of it, end it, not fix it. But when you hate how something looks, you want to change it for the better.
