I did some quick math, and 170lbs is over half a million calories.

Assuming, a 100calorie per mile burn rate, she would have to run from NY to LA and back again to burn all that off. Hahaha, good luck with that! l!

612,500 calories too many. But over 4 years that equates to only an additional 400 calories/day, a small snack really. This just proves that these idiots who talk about not weighing yourself are doing harm. You only maintain what you measure.

More than that. Other than regular intense exercise, nothing makes your energy expenditure shoot up like getting bigger. I bulk/cut, when I am at 170 lbs. my energy expenditure is around 27 to 2800 calories. When I am at 200 lbs. it is closer to 4000, keeping exercise the same.

Make no mistake about it. You will gain some weight eating an extra 400 calories a day for sure. But to get as fat as these fucks who weigh the same as 2 or 3 people, you need to gorge on inhuman amounts of food.
